Delete a raffle from the server.

Server managers can use this command to delete either an active or ended raffle from the Points Parlor. This command has the following mandatory parameter:
raffle_name - The name of the raffle.
For example, using the command above will delete the raffle called Test Raffle from the store.
IMPORTANT: If user misspells the raffle name or tries to delete a non-existing raffle, the following message will be prompted instead:
